    So did you give them some roast turkey then?

      I think that would have been a little insensitive, Mark as well as expensive as we didn't have a roast turkey ourselves and would have had to have bought one just for them.

      No Roger no turkey - too much for three of us and a small dog. To be honest I can't remember ever having cooked a whole turkey (may have way back) we prefer something that takes less fuss to cook,

      It's good reserve for dog walking isn't it, Jo? We just made do with a private reserve in Ossett with a nice warm hide and coffee on tap. We actually had more variety than show in the photos. No siskins yet though!

      We do get a wide range of birds Snowbird - we always seem to see more in the garden than at the RSPB reserve!
