I wish I could take better bird photos!

This is my latest attempt to capture a blue tit bathing in one of our bird baths!
I've been browsing some blogs where fantastic bird photos are posted such as:

It's much easier photographing plants as they stay still - anyway I'll keep trying maybe practice will make perfect!

  1. Thank you for visiting my blog, and for your comments. I would have commented on your's sooner, but I got sidetracked in your previous posts and have ended up reading right the way through your blog from the very beginning. As you can imagine, it has taken some time. It's nice to meet another allotmenteer and blogger from West Yorkshire, I'm in Garforth in Leeds. Hope you have a productive 2010, I will be checking back to follow your progress. And by the way, I think your bird photos are wonderful.

  2. Hello Jo
It is good to meet someone local.

Thanks for the compliment but you can't have seen the other bloggers photos!

  4. Lovely photos! I wish that I could as well but I only use an old point and shoot, so any good ones I do take are rather lucky. It's also difficult when working on the plot as usually the camera is in the shed or I've got muddy hands! Flighty xx

  5. Lots of mine are taken through the house window - maybe I should clean it more often!

I am getting quite a lot of spam. It is not published and is just deleted. I have stopped sifting through it and just delete any that ends up in my spam folder in one go so I am sorry if one of your messages is deleted accidentally.
