I have to laugh and you, please, laugh with me. When I first read this post, middle of the night here, it read "handing on". I didn't know that term, looked it up, still unenlightened; must be some obscure Yorkshire-ism. I'll wait. Return visit the morning my time, oh, "hanging on", that I understand. Clever title, in relation to the leaves, fruits, etc.

DeleteLove those drupes and the spores on the ferns. I bet the ferns are loving your wet weather. It is also nice to see promises of spring blooms. Hang in there.
