Lovely March tour, Sue. You and Martyn have been busy! I'm thinking of planting out my honeyberry bushes as they're still in pots - how big do yours grow? Looks like they've got plenty of flowers on them already.
ReplyDeleteOur honeyberries are about a metre tall, Caro. They just don’t fruit. I did hear that you need two varieties to cross pollinate but when we bought ours there was no indication that there were different varieties available.
DeleteLovely seeing all that progress. Wonderful bird pictures.xxx
ReplyDeleteThanks, Dina
DeleteI love seeing these montages! They show how busy our gardens really are in what might seem to pretend to be quiet months.
ReplyDeleteThings are certainly getting going now, Debbie
DeleteWow, Sue I'm always in awe of how much gardening you achieve with your impressive variety of blooms and produce! I love to see your montages and you've always so much going on throughout the whole year. Great quality images too, well done to you both for another month of allotment inspiration!
ReplyDeleteThanks for that, Shirley. It does seem that this year has been busy - the weather has helped.
DeleteYour gardens looks so ready for spring. I wish I was such a good photographer. I love seeing your wildlife photos too. Happy spring.
ReplyDeleteI think some credit has to go to my camera, Lisa
DeleteFrom seed starting to plot tidying to flowers blooming to walks in the park to a radio show...what a great (and full) month you've had!
ReplyDeleteIt has been rather full, Margaret but, as I said previously, the weather has helped.
DeleteThank you so much for sharing! I love all of the photos. Primroses are my favorite. My rhubarb is just starting to peek out from the earth. I really appreciate your photos.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that you enjoy the photos, Bonnie
DeleteAnother great monthly pictorial record Sue. It's so good to see signs of new growth and of germination. I'm intrigued by your baking in the last collage - are they cheese and leek scones? Whatever they are they look most yummy.
ReplyDeleteThey’re Wensleydale patties, Anna. The recipe is linked from the post on March 25.
ReplyDeleteMmmm - will look the recipe up :)
