I see, Sue that October was warm and dry enough, wasn't it? What are those yellow fruit? pears or quince? Look tasty!

Some days were fairly cold compared to recent temperatures, Nadezda but plenty warm enough for digging.

DeleteIt's amazing seeing how much is going on in your garden even in late fall. Your leeks are looking especially fine. Our leeks are just starting to gain some size with the cooler weather and lots more rain.
