  1. I see, Sue that October was warm and dry enough, wasn't it? What are those yellow fruit? pears or quince? Look tasty!
    I also noticed you have dug a lot this month, here and there are beds with fresh dug soil. Love your rich harvest.

    1. Some days were fairly cold compared to recent temperatures, Nadezda but plenty warm enough for digging.
      The fruits are quince.

  4. It's amazing seeing how much is going on in your garden even in late fall. Your leeks are looking especially fine. Our leeks are just starting to gain some size with the cooler weather and lots more rain.
