Very nice! Are these oak trees?
ReplyDeleteSome are oak, Jane. The large ones with the yellow leaves are mainly oak.The first photo is an oak above with hawthorn in the foreground.
DeleteOh....gorgeous, wish I was there with the dogs!xxx
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately it's a nature reserve where dogs are not allowed, Dina

DeleteLove the color of autumn
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't last long though, Endah
DeleteThat was a wonderful outing. The autumn colors are so lovely.
ReplyDeleteThey are, Michelle but they will soon have gone.
DeleteGreat photos of autumn, Sue. There is a cow on one of them, is this a farm field? I love these big trees, I always think how long they stay there and how many interesting things they have seen :-)
ReplyDeleteI always think the same about large ancient trees, Nadezda, If only they could talk. The cow is in a field alongside the path. many of our nature reserves seem to keep a few Highland cattle. I think the grazing is beneficial.
DeleteAs fall should appear. Beautiful.
