I am getting quite a lot of spam. It is not published and is just deleted. I have stopped sifting through it and just delete any that ends up in my spam folder in one go so I am sorry if one of your messages is deleted accidentally.

Super photos! Love the bokeh background, and the clarity of both the bird and the wire!
ReplyDeleteThe photos wouldn't have worked so host the bokeh effect, Deborah. The background detail would have competed with the bird.

ReplyDeleteI found out later this bird was a female, Margaret. She was sprucing herself up as on the final photo she was calling to a male who after I stopped taking photos succumbed to her charms.

ReplyDeleteThere were more actually, Dina. The photo was taken at Kirkham Priory where they were nesting in holes in the ruin.
