It's a drone?
ReplyDeleteNo Mal, it isn’t a drone. It’s a 360 degree camera mounted on a selfie stick about a metre long. If you notice in some shots, Martyn looks as though his hand is out holding something. The image removes the selfie stick and renders it invisible.
ReplyDeleteWhat a huge plot you have, it's a credit to all your hard work, how the two of you manage it I'll never know!xxx
ReplyDeleteThanks, Dina. From certain angles the 360 camera does elongate the area - in total is about a third of an acre.
DeleteI had no idea how large your plot is. That's amazing. My garden is a fraction the size of it and it keeps me too busy. Kudos to you two.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Michelle as I replied to Dina above the camera does exaggerate the size a bit from certain angles.
DeleteGreat tour (everything looks so tidy!) and very well filmed - that camera did a terrific job.
ReplyDeleteIt was the first time out for the camera and we were pleased with what we got. Th camera records a full 360 degrees so you have to choose which bits you want to use. We could have put together a totally different film.
Deleteamazing... you have a great plot.
ReplyDeletehave a nice weekend
Thanks Tanza
DeleteWhat an interesting way to look at your garden. I felt like I was there flying around looking at everything. As good as a drone I think. Your garden looks to neat and tidy for the winter.
ReplyDeleteFar easier to control and less noisy than a drone, Lisa
DeleteInteresting video Martin did, Sue. Your new Insta360 ONE X360 is STUNNING, I want the same toy, will ask Santa.
ReplyDeleteHappy December.
I hope Santa is kind, Nadezda
