Looks like May was a pretty busy month!! What an amazingly diverse array of flowers and veg you have - and you find the time to photograph everything too. I know that that can be time-consuming and a bit of a distraction when you have muddy hands and are wrestling with a tray of seedlings or something.
ReplyDeleteIt was busy, Mark. We had to play catch-up. Taking photos is second nature like breathing. I never go to the plot without at least one camera.
DeleteSuch a good reminder to take my camera out more often!
ReplyDeleteI rarely go anywhere without my camera tpals. My camera bag doubles as a handbag.
Deletethere's certainly plenty going on in your garden and the allotment looks amazing...mine may look like that one day...probably only in my dreams though!!
ReplyDeleteI need to remember to take my camera out more and getting some good shots for the blog...especially whilst out with Polly!!
Where did the Gecko come from???
Hi, Tanya - the gecko is newt. We tend to use our cameras to record what we have done- a sort of picture notebook.
DeleteWow Sue, what a brilliant record to have and share. A lot of work choosing and editing your photos too I suspect. What a busy and colourful month you've had. I never take enough progress shots. I begin a task maybe taking a couple of shots and then get carried away and don't record the stages. I really enjoy seeing yours :-)
ReplyDeleteA stunning update thank you for sharing and blessings to you both
ReplyDeleteThanks, Linda
DeleteSuch a good idea to record everything with photos - even the table and chairs with what I imagine was a well deserved cup of tea! In the 7th group of photos, your gooseberries appear to have a white film on them; are they okay?
ReplyDeleteCoffee, Caro - I’m not a tea drinker. I’m afraid the white powder on the gooseberries is mildew! We’re just hoping not all the gooseberry bushes succumb.
DeleteGoodness, you have got the allotment looking good!I did enjoy all these photos, especially the wildlife and the fruitlets! Looks like it's going to be a good year!xxx
ReplyDeleteI think it will be a mixed bag, Dina some good and some bad bits.
