Martyn has a piece of photographic kit called a DJI Osmo. It's a hand held gimbal camera. It looks and feels very different to a normal camera. It looks different and you hold it differently.
It doesn't have any sort if viewfinder and so in order to see what you are filming you need to attach it to another device such as a mobile phone or tablet.
If you are filming video and want to include sound then you also need a microphone.
Martyn uses the Osmo to allow him to take smoother video whilst walking around. So when taking Osmo video you have to be aware of where you are walking, watch what you are filming on the phone screen and point the camera in the right direction. Additionally if you are recording a narration you need to think of what you are saying and make sure you don't turn your head too far away from the microphone.
I am explaining all this as the other day, I 'had a go' at filming the flowers on our plot using the Osmo and I want you to view my attempt sympathetically.
Usually we edit our videos and have the opportunity to remove parts that we don't want and also refilm bits that go wrong. We want our plot tours to be more natural and so the film below is as shot from start to finish warts and all. There are plenty of mistakes hence my plea for sympathetic viewing. If after all that you still feel like watching - here goes.

Your gardens are so expansive, I don't know how you and Martyn do it! I loved the video - it was just like walking along side you on a tour of the garden.
