The first picture is a very cute bird!
ReplyDeleteThat's a robin Endah
ReplyDeleteAwwww, lovely!
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely to be serenaded whilst gardening, Jessica
DeleteIt looks like they've been serenading you.
ReplyDeleteAnd not just them, Jo
DeleteThat last one is funny. He looks like he is trying to figure out what you are doing.
ReplyDeleteI think that is just what he was doing, Daphne.
DeleteI do like to see the robins bobbing up & down on my garden fence
ReplyDeleteThis one was guarding the compost heap ,Jo
DeleteSo sweet !!! I love the first photo !!
ReplyDeleteGreetings
Thank you, Ela
DeleteGreat pics Sue, the last one looks as if he's actually listening to what you have to say.
ReplyDeleteI think, Angie he was thinking - What is that woman pointing at me? Doesn't she appreciate talent?
DeleteOh lovely: like most gardeners I have a Robin who follows me round the garden, flying down to where I have been digging. Last week I had a twittering couple of Coal Tits eating like mad in one of the conifers. The pleasures of gardening:)
ReplyDeleteRobins are always on the lookout for someone with a spade, sweffling
DeleteWonderful photos, and a gorgeous blue sky.
ReplyDeleteNo blue sky here at the moment, CJ
DeleteThose blackbird pics are brilliant! The robin looks as though butter wouldn't melt....xxx
ReplyDeleteQuite like the angelic choir boy who will pick a fight in the playground, Dina
DeleteA bow on a bough :)
ReplyDeleteVery good, Anon I like it :)
DeleteNow robins appeared here, Sue. They started to make their nests and I try not to bother them especially near tujas.
ReplyDeleteWe have them nesting in the garden too Nadezda and often see the speckled young birds on the bird table. Watching the red breasts gradually appear is fascinating.
DeleteBoth maestros of song!
ReplyDeleteIndeed they are, Anna
DeleteBeautiful photos sue, I must try and snap some of our birdie visitors. At the allotment the robins, blackbirds and dunnocks seem to take it it turns having a good old sing.
ReplyDeleteWe've just had to Robbins sitting almost side by side, Lou. They must be a pair are there would have been fisticuffs or should that be beakicuffs . It's lovely to listen to the birds when working on the allotment isn't it?
DeleteAh lovely. I had two robins together the other day too. Yes it's a real treat to hear them. I had an oystercatcher peeping away as it flew over today, I have no idea where it goes but I see and hear it quite regularly, sometimes two.
DeleteWe saw an oyster catcher nesting by the rail track when we visited the heritage railway in the Yorkshire Dales on Monday.
DeleteSuch wonderful photos...I have to remember that when I take my camera out I can focus on more that just Trojan...lol
ReplyDeleteTrojan does make a good subject though, Tanya :)
