Hi Sue...it won't let me view the page...tried refreshing three times. Not sure if the fault is my end so I will check again later but wanted to let you know just in case
ReplyDeleteOk...scratch previous comment...as I published the video came through, really enjoyed watching this. Can't wait to see the frogspawn!!
DeleteSpam photos appeared on my blog post on 20th of March called getting it right this time.
DeleteGlad that you managed to view the video eventually.
Great froggy frolics ! Our ponds are bubbling and boiling with them. I have put a bucket of spawn in the greenhouse for my grand daughter to enjoy and the warmth must have speeded up the whole process as we have now got little commas, instead of full stops, and they have emerged from the jelly.
ReplyDeleteWe have some like little commas, Janet and others like filled in figure 8s
DeleteHa ha, I like the poser at the end. Those froggies definitely like your pond.
ReplyDeleteI think the original ones were maybe from tadpoles that I brought home from school for the Easter holidays one year, Jo while they were with us they turned into frogs. I think they thought of a pond as home as it was the nearest thing to the tank they had been raised in.
DeleteFascinating and fun to watch. Great video Sue.
ReplyDeleteThey are quite comical creatures, Angie.
DeleteYou just can't beat a healthy pond full of boisterous frogs. Marvelous video.xxx
ReplyDeleteThey didn't stick around for as long this time, Dina they must have known that the weather was going to turn.
DeleteFunny video, Sue! I have many frogs in my pond too, unfortunately they mostly are dead when the ice melts. I see these ones are healthy and soon you'll have many tadpoles!
ReplyDeleteI guess they will suffocate under the ice, Nadezda. It's such a shame.
DeleteOh please... I always feel frightened every time I see frog.... :(
ReplyDeleteQuite a few people think they are frightening, Endah perhaps it's because they jump suddenly.
DeleteThat is just amazing. I love frogs, as does my son who went gaga over a bunch of frog garden ornamentals at an auction last year. Yet another benefit of putting some sort of water feature in my yard...perhaps a project for next year.
ReplyDeleteTheir life cycle is fascinating to watch, Margaret. Ponds definitely add something to a garden.
DeleteLovely video Sue, I have always wanted a pond and I hope to have one in my new house – hopefully with frogs :-)
