      Acorns can vary depending on the variety of oak tree, Bonnie. Some have spiky cups others have stubbier seeds

    Yep, beautiful photos of autumn sights. Love those long acorns. I don't remember seeing that one around here. We do have lots of different oaks around here.

    I've just discovered I've missed your blog anniversary going into your 15th year! I'm sorry I missed it, I now see it was August. I knew we started in the same year and that you were before me, but I had in my head yours was in November too.
