    1. No, Malar, the photograph was taken onm our day out on the North Yorkshire Moors. Just as well as he could be quite destructive in the plot.

  8. I grew up hearing the cackel of pheasants. They are wonderful birds. You got some great photos.

  9. They're such beautiful birds, aren't they? Even the females have beautiful markings even though they're not so colourful. My mum and dad used to get them in the garden in their old house.
