We can no longer deny it - autumn is definitely here!

    1. It is all too fleeting, Sue. The cherry tree in the photo has already dropped its leaves.

  2. Autumn seems to have thrown itself into action very suddenly this year. It was as if we woke one morning and someone had painted all the leaves overnight. None of the sense of gentle ripening and decay we usually see.

  5. Fabulous colour Sue. I was admiring my plot neighbour's blueberry foliage yesterday and have vowed to plant some for their autumnal hues.
