I am getting quite a lot of spam. It is not published and is just deleted. I have stopped sifting through it and just delete any that ends up in my spam folder in one go so I am sorry if one of your messages is deleted accidentally.

Crocus in your compost is better than Spanish bluebells or Jerusalem artichoke.
ReplyDeleteI can't help wondering if we are supposed to be eating English turnips or Swedish turnips. ( Scots definitely favour Swedes - although they are called 'neeps')
We have had Spanish bluebells too , Mal. I wondered which turnips she meant - maybe doesn't know that the Scots refer to turnips differently, She also wasn't too good at judging seasonality!
