It's lovely to have some colour still in the garden at this time of year. I'm usually enjoying the sedum blooming but I've just noticed that it's disappeared, it was a well established clump so I can only put it down to Mick's overzealous weeding of the border earlier in the year! I should have learn my lesson by now, I lost my gorgeous dicentra this way and many other plants too!!!
ReplyDeleteShame about the sedum, Jo. You'll have ti give Mick some lessons.
DeleteI particularly like the white Astrantia and the Cone Flower. For some reason, a lot of my flowers are going into a second flush, and my cousin's are doing the same just down the road.
ReplyDeleteThe cone flower is actually a zinnia going to seed, Deborah.
DeleteBeautiful and good. That third-down pink flower, what is it? Another astrantia? They aren't grown here. And the bottom one? A Yarrow?
ReplyDeleteIt is another astrantia, Jane and the last photo is a sedum.
DeleteJust lovely!xxx
