Beautiful, Sue!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Sue
DeleteThe multi-headed sunflowers have been the best flowers in my garden this year (many spring sown seeds have yet to flower due to the weather) - I particularly like the bronze or pale lemon ones.
ReplyDeleteThese are short multi-headed varieties to S and D. I prefer them to the tall ones with flowers you can't get a good look at because they are miles above your head.
DeleteSo cheery!
ReplyDeleteWe need it today, Daphne as it has been miserable all day long.
DeleteSo pretty, and a nice selection too.
ReplyDeleteIt's a mixed packet of seeds, Jo called Music Box
DeleteThey seemed to have worked their magic. The sun finally shone this afternoon.
ReplyDeleteGlad they worked for you, Sarah.
DeleteSuch a pretty blooms!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Malar
DeleteThose are beauties! My sunflowers, unfortunately, have been a bit odd this year - I even had a mystery decapitation.
ReplyDeleteMight have been a squirrel. I sat in my window once and watched one scurry across the lawn, up the sunflower stem and in one, swift bit the head was off and off he made with it never to be seen again ~~~
DeleteMy sunflowers are only a couple of feet high so the squirrel :) could just stand on its tiptoes to bite a head off ahead if it wanted to
DeleteI love your sunflowers ~bold, bright, and beautiful! my favourites {with lavender and pumpkins}
ReplyDeleteThanks, Debs.
DeleteThey are so beautiful! I'm having some sunflower seeds that ready to be sowed soon. I hope they will grow and flowering beautifully like as yours. Last month, all of my sunflower seedlings were eaten by the snails.
ReplyDeleteSlugs and snails are a real nuisance, Endag I hope your next flowers grow well.
