Back in March, Mark of Mark's Veg Plot fame posted that he had been approached by Grow Your Own magazine and subsequently featured in a section of the magazine entitled Show Us Your Plots.
Well the same has happened to us and we now follow in Mark's illustrious footsteps.
Our plot is featured in the August edition of GYO which is out now. I'm always puzzled by how magazine operate in a different time zone to the rest of us
Congrats to the pair of you I shall keep my eye out for it in the supermarket. My plots too grotty to be featured! Is that a clear photo of you I spy Sue? x
That's great Sue. I bought that magazine this month but not had chance to read it yet. Just got it out, your main photo in the piece looks gorgeous. A belated well done!
Late on commenting Sue but holidays have got in the way of blog visiting and commenting recently. A most well deserved accolade and congratulations to both of you. I will look out for the magazine this week. I don't normally buy it but will have to make an exception.
Thank you for visiting and leaving a comment - it is great to hear from you and know that there are people out there actually reading what I write! Come back soon. (By the way any comments just to promote a commercial site, or any comments not directly linked to the theme of my blog, will be deleted) I am getting quite a lot of spam. It is not published and is just deleted. I have stopped sifting through it and just delete any that ends up in my spam folder in one go so I am sorry if one of your messages is deleted accidentally. Comments to posts over five days old are all moderated.
They do say people have a 'best side' when having a photo taken. Congratulations on being featured in the magazine, fame at last.
