Interesting that you use slug pellets, something I might have to consider too in the mesh tunnel, I've seen signs of munching on my cabbage seedlings, and as you say, it is only the slugs and snails that will be getting in - and the worms. I think I have to do more crop protection than ever these days. Many of the animals seem to have lost their fear of Man. The Blackbirds and foxes are my greatest enemies.
