I wanted to come back with a comment knowing ID’s here. Hands up… I’m stumped with the first (which I’d love to see visit my garden). Is it a bunting of some kind or is it a finch? The second one – a partridge maybe?Shirleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12956905954971466579noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33294007.post-68552671518403386572014-11-28T08:49:37.450+00:002014-11-28T08:49:37.450+00:00Thanks, Julie. Thanks, Julie.Sue Garretthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08164518448098182276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33294007.post-75397727845372846842014-11-28T08:48:19.336+00:002014-11-28T08:48:19.336+00:00We ended up with lots of shots of home, Daphne. We ended up with lots of shots of home, Daphne.Sue Garretthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08164518448098182276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33294007.post-56300169018737960532014-11-27T19:41:57.199+00:002014-11-27T19:41:57.199+00:00Fantastic photos Sue :o) Fantastic photos Sue :o) Julie https://www.blogger.com/profile/15712709232628195386noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33294007.post-29512518659481138732014-11-27T12:13:27.952+00:002014-11-27T12:13:27.952+00:00Love the woodpecker.Love the woodpecker.Daphne Gouldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17305049560953735881noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33294007.post-74382292951152117922014-11-27T11:02:17.013+00:002014-11-27T11:02:17.013+00:00That's a loaded question Jo but we definitely ...That's a loaded question Jo but we definitely prefer to the SLR as we have a NIkon and when the zoom is added I find it far too heavy and the huge telephoto lens hasn't as 'big' a zoom. I'd like to pick your brains now, we're buying Eleanor a new camera for Christmas and were thinking of a DSLR at first, but I think a bridge camera has all the features she'll want without going down the route of buying extra lenses. Am I right in thinking you've got a Panasonic FZ72 and would you recommend it? I know Martyn got a new bridge camera recently too, which do you think is best? You both take brilliant photos so you're a good advertisement for both models. She wants a decent zoom and she likes taking macro photos too. She's not too bothered about the video.Johttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17436932004631816039noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33294007.post-5775548451758335032014-11-27T08:31:52.364+00:002014-11-27T08:31:52.364+00:00He was a contortionist FRGHe was a contortionist FRGSue Garretthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08164518448098182276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33294007.post-4766110018501299832014-11-27T08:31:02.363+00:002014-11-27T08:31:02.363+00:00Thank you EndahThank you EndahSue Garretthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08164518448098182276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33294007.post-79491980167378262562014-11-27T08:30:34.656+00:002014-11-27T08:30:34.656+00:00Thank you Jo - I had loads of woodpecker ones,Thank you Jo - I had loads of woodpecker ones,Sue Garretthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08164518448098182276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33294007.post-54502217432993087042014-11-27T08:29:19.195+00:002014-11-27T08:29:19.195+00:00I was lucky with that one.
