The blueberries are from our earliest variety, Mal. We use the just the jostaberries in the same way as we would blackcurrants or gooseberries although we tend to just make the most of ours into a compote to have with porridge or yoghurt. We freeze lots too. Be warned wood pigeons love the berries.
