Plants just seem to love to sprout up out of gravel. More than a few times I have thought of learning from this accidental garden and building upon the idea of a pebble garden.Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00116583212813729057noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33294007.post-48141713551675456172012-06-04T21:28:16.856+00:002012-06-04T21:28:16.856+00:00maybe get some thyme in there..... it would love i...maybe get some thyme in there..... it would love it?MuddyBalshamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13666973713009160432noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33294007.post-77843476308401780322012-06-04T21:01:37.750+00:002012-06-04T21:01:37.750+00:00The pebble garden is a great idea. To be honest weeding doesn't seem to be a problem in the garden possibly becuase most of it doesn't get dug and digging brings the weed seeds to the surface to germinate. It's not a large area anyway and laying membrane would have been fiddly because of the shape and the stump.Sue Garretthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08164518448098182276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33294007.post-81541681012294028662012-06-04T17:33:32.104+00:002012-06-04T17:33:32.104+00:00Still one or two more plants to pop in Liz, but I&...Still one or two more plants to pop in Liz, but I'm not sure what they will be until I see themSue Garretthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08164518448098182276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33294007.post-15954670081749004242012-06-04T12:51:37.390+00:002012-06-04T12:51:37.390+00:00This look lovely Sue...did you put membrane down b...This look lovely Sue...did you put membrane down before the pebbles to make keeping it tidy easier??allotments4youhttp://www.allotments4you.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33294007.post-64090996828323657162012-06-04T11:43:12.121+00:002012-06-04T11:43:12.121+00:00I love pebble gardens, I think its because I reall...I love pebble gardens, I think its because I really like the delicate rockery plants that tend to be planted in them.
