Absolutely beautiful! I don't know what has happened to mine, all leaf no bloom! Still, I'm revelling in yours this morning.
ReplyDeleteThat's strange, Deborah - are they new leaves?
DeleteGorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Patsy
DeleteThat's quite an impressive range of colour/pattern. (Ours just comes in white)
ReplyDeleteI took photos of the less accessible ones today so more colours to add, Mal.
DeleteA lovely range of different hellebores Sue. Deborah above says hers haven't flowered, I cut the old leaves off mine in November and give them a feed of rose fertiliser, do you do the same?
ReplyDeleteTo be honest Brian they are left more or less to get on with it. No feeding, I just cut back the leaves - this year it was the second week in January. The magnolia sheds its leaves on top of them providing a mulch and probably adds a bit of nutrient into the soil. I clear some leaves when the buds start forming. They seem happy as they self seed freely which adds to the collection.

ReplyDeleteBeauties one and all.
ReplyDeleteEspecially appreciated at this time of year, Jessica.
