You need a woolly jumper in this weather!

The weather can't stop some spring events from happening. These photos were taken at Mainsgill Farm in North Yorkshire where we stopped off for a coffee during a day out on Saturday. Not only are visitors allowed to view the activities in the lambing shed but you can also view their live web cam video online.
Feeling Sleepy
Feeling hungry
Feeling puzzled.

The young lambs looked as though they were wearing jumpers that we too large for them! Martyn posted a short video here.

    1. There were quite a lot outside in the fields in Cumbria including some lovely black ones but driving by in the car I couldn't get a photo - I would have loved to but there was nowhere to stop.

    1. The noise was amusing too as the lambs had high pitched bleats and the mums low baas as they kept track of one another.

    1. The one inspecting the hen was cute, Debbie. The photo doesn't do it justice - it was quite a way away and the lighting in the shed wasn't such to make for a good photo and the one on the blog was the best of a few but it was really puzzled by the cockerel.
